Committee

Committee meetings will take place not less frequently than three times a year, probably during the first week of July, November and March. The AGM will usually be on the last Monday of July.

At least three weeks before a committee meeting, committee members should submit any matters they have for discussion to the Secretary, who will issue an agenda to all committee members at least a week before the meeting. This includes any matters submitted by section representatives on behalf of choir members.

Choir members may submit such matters at any time to their representatives, who will submit them to the next committee meeting if they feel that they warrant it and if they are unable themselves to address and resolve the matters beforehand to the satisfaction of the member.
